Kidokinetics creates the ultimate athletic experience with our science-based sports program! This class is designed for new walkers and runners, without the adult.  (If we receive a lot of interest, we will open up a second class or invite the parents to help out.)  With various activities, stations, equipment, and music, we'll get you and your child moving and grooving!

Children will have a chance to experience different pieces of equipment and plenty of cross-body movement. Each week features a warm-up and stretch, an introduction to a new sport or activity and equipment with age-appropriate skills and drills, an interactive game, and a cool-down that recaps our accomplishments and highlights a bone or muscle of the day.
