Kidokinetics creates the ultimate athletic experience with our science-based sports program! This class is designed for crawlers and new walkers.  With various activities, stations, equipment, and music, we'll get you and your child moving and grooving!

Children will have a chance to experience different pieces of equipment and plenty of cross-body movement. Each week features a warm-up and stretch, an introduction to a new sport or activity and equipment with age-appropriate skills and drills, an interactive game, and a cool-down that recaps our accomplishments and highlights a bone or muscle of the day.
